Warebouts - Share your whereabouts with your family & friends including group messaging

Warebouts App allows you to share your whereabouts or locations with your family & friends and allows you to setup alerts notifications when any member of your family group arrives at their favorite places or departs from those places. Warebouts provides group chat for instant communication with your friends. The chat messages are sent as push notifications when you are not in the app. This app is specially designed for parents to keep in touch with their kids and let them know when their kids arrive safely at home or school. Warebouts takes advantage of GPS Location and Notification API on your device and requires that you enable Locations and Notifications for this App.

After installing the app, you will define your user-profile and then create a group, which other people can join. If you are invited by another family member, then you will be able to join that group after registration.

Once joined with your friends, you can view their whereabouts in real-time and interact with them via instant messages. Warebouts keeps location information secured and messages so that only members of your groups can access it.

You can create multiple favorite places, which would be shared with your group. The members of your group will receive alerts when you arrive at or depart from your places. For example, a family may setup alerts for work, home or school so that they are notified when family members arrive safely at work, school and home or when they leave those places.

Warebouts provides quick shortcut for navigation directions to your favorite places. You can check in current location as favorite with a single touch. It also allows nearby search to find places around you such as restaurants, shops, landmarks, etc. You can then navigate to those places that you find or add them as favorite places.

Warebouts uses secured TLS/SSL protocol to communicate with server and only keeps your current location and favorite places on the server so that it can share it with your friends. It doesnt keep past history of your locations or chat messages on the server.
